B2B commerce - business to business
This is the term used when you sell products to other companies, rather than final reatil users.
B2C commerce - business to consumer
This is the term used when your customers are end users.
bounce rate
Is the percenatge of visitors that came to your site but leave without doing any action like clicking links or pressing buttons. For most of the cases, this would mean that this customer did not convert or did not buy anythting from you.
buy now, pay later (BNPL) or instalment payments
This is a payment option where your customer can pay your order in differnt future payments, usually every month. The customer can choose in how many months it wants to pay and the approval process is done during the checkout process itself. Key point is to have no extra cost for it when the payments are less than 12 months and only if they choose more is when some interests are paid.
