Perfect organisation. The venue and the services offered have been outstanding.
Very good atmosphere, especially from all the vendors, showing their products and talking to us on the booths, on the 1:1 table meetings (most of us have had 16 meetings) and with the privately held evening events.

Top two things I discovered and surprised me the most,

3D models and Augmented Reality
From MAZING - I was amazed by what Manuel Messneer explained to me and the demo he showed. As one of his customers said: seems too good to be true.

Intelligence Nudging
I liked talking to Dr. Thilo Pfrang from behamics and seeing the demo and how their customers use it. It is based on behavioral & AI. A totally new field for me, customer psychology, but he has proven that it works.

Gif cards for B2B and not just for regular online customers
Rocío Liébana from RLC explained to me in an easy way the full potential of gift cards and how companies buy them from other companies to reward, for example their employees.

Solution to reduce high bounce rates for paid acquisition
By turning product pages into landing pages. I liked the conversation with Sara K Iglesias from VERBOLIA

Creation of SEO optimised landing pages for long-tail keywords.
Also from VERBOLIA, they propose the number of pages you have to create and with what products inside; customers will go to these pages via organic traffic.

Conversational product discovery
From google, I like talking to them and seeing how easy it is to create those agents.

shoppable videos and live shopping
I liked talking with the people from VIDEOWISE about their shoppable videos and live shopping.

Recommerce platform
Talking to Antti Ijäs and seeing Renow with what they call the recommerce platform for returns to resell the returned items.
